Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- A degree or an equivalent qualification from a University or a reputed Institution (ICASL, AAT, CIMA, ACCA)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting standards and principles is a must.
- Ability to prepare periodic financial statements, budgets, cash flows & variance analysis.
- Should be able to demonstrate strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to negotiate for major projects, loans and grants.
- Liaising with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and any other regulatory bodies.
- Age below 40 years
Accounts Executive
Qualifications:
- Part or full qualification in ICASL / CIMA / ACA / HNDA or similar degree in Accounting.
- A working knowledge in MS Office and Quick Books accounting Package.
- Thorough knowledge in financial and management accounting.
- Be able to handle tax related matters.
- Preferred Audit Experience.
Quantity Surveyors
Qualifications:
- BSc / NDT / NCT / HND / NDES or equivalent Qualification.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with MS Office packages, AutoCAD, MSProject and comfortable in working within a computerised environment.
- Experience in tendering and contract Administration.
- Possession of a motorcycle riding license is an added advantage.
Technical Officers
Qualifications:
- NDT / NCT / HND of equivalent qualification.
- Hands on experience in Building Construction work, Project Management and completing tasks within given deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge and practical experience in high quality finishes.

Civil Engineer
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fulfil the given vacancy to be based in our Colombo office, but also be actively involved in the projects undertaken by the company, irrespective of their location.
The prospective candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- BSc (Civil Engineering) Degree from a recognised University
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Building Construction work, Project Management and completing tasks within given deadlines
- Holding membership in a professional Engineering Institution would be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel to any part of the country on project locations and clients’ needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple sites, and manage and guide a team of operations and engineering staff
- Keen knowledge and ability to adhere to health, safety and environment standards.
